WE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING FOR YOUR SAFETY AND OURS
We ask that you not enter the garage while we are working.
We ask that you pay for your service online or over the phone (208)-232-1400 with a credit or debit card. We can also send you an invoice by postal mail.
Our technicians will not enter your home, nor will they hand you a receipt or paperwork of any kind.
We ask that you maintain more than six feet away from our installation technicians while they are on your property.
Our employees will not come in to work if they are sick.
We will wash or sanitize our hands in between each service and installation.
As always, it is our top priority to maintain the safety of our employees, vendors and our customers.
In response to this public health emergency, we will implement and change our current day-to-day business activities to align with the directions from the CDC and other public heath authorities.
We ask that any essential business work and planning with customers, contractors, and property managers be done via email or over the phone, as we are limiting our office and showroom access until further notice.
Please know that our phone lines remain open during normal business hours, and we are here to help with any garage door install or repair need.
